We only use your information for handling this request and we share it only with dog walkers who may be able to help.

We keep requests for up to 30 days, then delete them unless we need to keep them longer for admin reasons (e.g., resolving a complaint).

Liverpool Dog Walker Requests is a referral/matching service. Dog walkers are independent providers and set their own prices and availability. We don’t provide the dog walking service ourselves. Any booking, price, and service delivery is agreed directly between you and the dog walker.

We can’t guarantee availability or response times, but we’ll do our best to connect you with a local walker.
